Still Photographs $225 up to 3 bed home.
Exterior, interior, yard, view - 30-50 photos depending on size and features
Shoot time: Half an hour to an hour - depending on size and features
My goal is to get images of the home that gives the viewer a feel for what the home is like before they get inside for a showing. A general idea of the layout and how the rooms are connected. At a general minimum 2 images per room, and more depending on size and features of the room in question.

Land $75
Images of the vacant land and its features, including view if applicable. Number of images depending on size of property and accessibility.

Scheduling

Shoots can be scheduled after 5pm on business days and on the weekends. Other times may be accommodated.

If possible, let me know how the home/property is oriented (i.e. entrance facing east, or a south facing wall of windows, etc.) so I can maximize the sunlight for exterior features!
If possible, we will try to schedule the shoot when the weather is favorable and we can get the beautiful blue skies we love!

Terms

The home/property will be photographed as is. If I am asked to come back for a reshoot due to clutter, etc., there will be a minimum fee of $25.

If I am not able to fully shoot a property (usually land), that is hard to access due to tall foliage or deep snow (or other natural issues), the shoot may not be completed. Any images captured will be delivered and a lower fee may be charged.

Photo delivery: Once the photos are shot, they will be edited and made available to you within 36 hours. You will receive both full size images and smaller size images (for the web).

Photo rights and usage: All photos produced for the client may be used by that agent for all marketing associated with the current sale of the property in accordance with local MLS rules. Please note that the photos will be copyrighted by the photographer and a license granted only to the agent and NOT to any third party. Any usage of the photos by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers is prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.

Payment: Payment is due in full when the photos are delivered.
